Quarterly Register Reconciliation
Scheduled reconciliation sessions that verify hardware holdings against your cold wallet register and update amendment pages.
Purpose
Registers decay when devices move, cosigners change, or new hardware is acquired without documentation. Quarterly reconciliation keeps your register aligned with actual custody arrangements.
Session contents
Each quarterly visit includes physical device verification, passphrase custody confirmation, discrepancy identification, amendment page updates, and a summary memo suitable for family council or audit committee review.
Prerequisites
An existing register—either built by Toolkit Aspen Way or assessed by us during an initial review engagement. We cannot reconcile against undocumented custody arrangements without a prior inventory session.
Scheduling
Sessions are booked at the start of each calendar quarter. Clients on annual retainers receive priority scheduling within the first three weeks of each quarter.
